North Central District
Science Day

Information

2. Times

The Alber Student Center will be open at 7:45 a.m. on March 21. Space numbers will be posted on this website a few days before District Science Day, and can also be checked in the lobby of the Alber Student Center. Students should set up their projects in the assigned space in the gymnasium by 8:45 a.m., when the judging will begin.

There will be two rounds of judging, which should be completed by 1:15 p.m. Students should remain with their projects until they have been notified that judging has been completed, as some projects may be judged a number of times.

Students must be present during the regularly scheduled judging period in order to participate. If a student needs to leave early or arrive late, that information should be sent to the Fair Director before the day of the science fair.

The awards ceremony will begin in the Morrill Hall auditorium at approximately 2:30 p.m. The public will be invited to view projects between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. Projects should be removed prior to the awards ceremony.
