Regulated Research Institution/Industrial Setting

Research conducted in a regulated research institution (e.g., universities, medical centers, NIH, etc.) or an industrial setting must be supervised by a scientist.

After experimentation, the scientist must complete the Regulated Research Institution Form (1C)
