Policies (Rules and Regulations)
Note: just because one breaks the rules isn’t always a bad thing but we don’t encourage it.
***As with all places of existence we do have some rules and regulation that everyone is supposed adhere to. These Rules are set by the Gods, the counsels, and the people of the Realms so if you want to question them go right ahead but Beware their judgment doesn't always seems fair**
Ok here goes:
Entrance Requirements : One must pass the Guardian posts (and believe it they are Everywhere) and produce sufficient identification unless you are a Guardian (but even they Can be stopped or blocked by the Gods at Any time). Also when in the Realms some of them require that you have permission before entering and in order to get this one must petition the consuls for entrance.
Identification: One must have this at all times so as such it is part of the creatures very make up at the 'birth' of their spirits. What this is a pass for the barer and their passengers safe passage threw the different realms and plains. It is generally a symbol of their house/klan/family. However it too can be limited.
Travel Requirements : This goes along with the preceding two for one must have them in order to travel as well as in some cases permission from the Realms themselves (see Entrance Requirements). Also some Realms have 'age' requirements.
**IF one goes in uninvited/identified or starts trouble they Will be punished (unless on a mission for the Gods or consuls).
Punishments : These range in accordance to the 'wrong' done. These are dealt out ONLY by Guardians Priestesses/Priests and the Gods.
Keepers of the Realms
Since this is an area for Policies its a good place to define those that enforce them too.
The Gods (do I really need to define them): Ok for those that need to know these are the very creators of All Realms, Tymes and Spirits. They (or to many the all encompassing sexless One) are the ones who 'make' all the Rules too.
The Guardians: These creatures serve the Gods as well as the Realms (including whatever one they inhabit literally). They can and are all different creatures from all over the different Realms and tymes. They at tymes will serve as scouts for the Consuls or as general scouts
Scouts: Ok, these guys don't get credited with much in the way of "power" but in truth they are important for the procedures of the Realms. These guys tend to be any creature from about 8 to 9 and beyond and of any mystik standing. They run errands for the Consuls, their Realms, and are the ones that take the risks to explore "new" Realms, sectors, etc.
Historians: These creatures are known as everything from scribe to book keepers
*New*: Rogues : ok, these guys get away with just about everything and ONLY answer to the Gods. Its not an easy profession but its exciting and dangerous. We have a few from every realm in these jobs but its not highly recommended to anyone. You cant be elected to this and these guys choose to be violating but ARE servants of the Gods. Note: there is a BIG difference between these guys and the troublemakers/true agitators but doesn't mean they don't cause trouble. We don't suggest taking this position/path without great thought and training and even then Beware.
The Counsels:
Major
The Counsel of the Gods: This just about the same definition as the Gods above but with one addition; that being that the different faces form a Counsel of 13 to pass judgments. However, the Gods can and do chose the size of their counsels so unless one is being judged/serving on the counsel no one really knows the numbers.
The Dragon Counsel: This counsel is within the Dragon Realms and is staffed by Draconas as well as some creatures of other Realms that they choose. Those that serve on this consul are usually of at the Adept or above mystik status and of the Early prime and beyond life stages. This consul usually takes care of the complaints passed up through the Outer Realm consul. They handle both interior and exterior Realm trials and like the Outer Realm Consul have scouts that go out to check on the validity of the complaints issued.
The Outer Realm Consul: It is staffed by 13-15 members from all over the Outer Realms and usually only deal with Outer Realm complaints. Those chosen to serve on this Consul are of all different ages, sexes and mystical levels. These guys handle what many would call the petty stuff. Everything from invalid entry to thievery. This Consul has what seems to many like very limited power but those that staff it are not to be underestimated or toyed with for they have scouts to check on complaints.
***We don't recommend crying wolf to ANY of those listed above it will likely get you a one way trip to the Gods judgment, or another words a good lecture from the Divinity's (or in the worst case a one way trip back to the cauldron for a while).
Minor
Realm Consuls: There are so many of these that it would take forever to write them all out. Their basic function is to take care of their specific Realms complaints. Those that serve on these consuls are from their specific Realm.
more to come..
